Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Pamper Nail Gallery, we want you to love your manicure; however, due to the hygienic nature of our beauty products, we only accept returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-designed press-on sets are final sale unless a quality defect is present.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unopened products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our gallery team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
